This practice begins on the back to open the breath. We transition to two sitting practices and conclude with a guided meditation on the back. Deeply restful and restorative and the inquiry teaches us to take mindfulness off of the mat and into the world.
Research now shows that meditation and mindfulness can help with mitigating stress, reducing anxiety, depression, peer relations, brain function, productivity, focus, problem solving, the heart.
And the list goes on.
When a consistent mindfulness practice is in place then we are able to to be more economical with our energy and how we respond to life situations.
Cultivating mindfulness is the key to overcoming suffering and recognizing natural wisdom: both our own and others’.
Mindfulness meditation is unique in that it is not directed toward getting us to be different from how we already are. Instead, it helps us become aware of what is already true moment by moment. We could say that it teaches us how to be unconditionally present; that is, it helps us be present with whatever is happening, no matter what it is.

The knowledge of life-energy, TriYoga Prana Vidya includes the trinity of breathing sequences, concentration techniques and meditation. Presented systematically, these practices develop better health, mental clarity and inner peace.
Prāṇāyāma balances, strengthens, and increases life energy. The result is a peaceful mind, the foundation for expanded awareness.
Prana is a Sanskrit word derived from two roots; pra represents “continuous” and na means “movement.” Thus prana flows in continuous movement. Svara is the Sanskrit word for the flow of prana. Svara is defined by the qualities of the breath and the pranic flow.

*Fundamental philosophical aspects and their life application.
*Asana with a focus on alignment, modification, assists & adjustments.
*Developing breath awareness as a preparation for Meditation.
*Teaching and Communication skills.
*Mantra and Mudra.
*The subtle energy system, chakras and consciousness.
*Understanding the body/mind connection.
Cost: There is a non-refundable deposit fee of $50.00
upon application to the program.
Each two - day session fee is $165.00
Times: 14 Saturdays from 9:30 – 5:30 & Sundays 9:30 – 3:00

Anna is certified as a 500-hour advanced teacher of Hatha Yoga. She incorporates her studies in Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, bodywork and Awareness Coaching in her group sessions. She offers 200 & 300 hour HYTT programs in 3 locations and brings more than 15 years of experience with groups and private clients to her teaching practice. She holds a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology and a PhD in Conscious Studies.
Gabrielle is a E RYT 500-hr. CIAYT yoga therapist, Certified to teach and certify in TriYoga Basics-Level 2. She is an Advanced Facilitator and Teacher in Barratt Breathwork. Transparency/Awareness Coach. She brings years of teaching experience. This is her first 200 Hr. Teacher Training Program. And to co teach with her first teacher and her sister Anna is an Honor!!
